Live Scan Fingerprinting - Temporary UNAVAILABLE as of 7/1/23
We are certified and authorized to provide Live Scan Fingerprinting services through CA Department of Justice. Organizations That May Require Digital Fingerprints: Healthcare, Education, Government, Police, Security, Banking, Real Estate, Legal, and Accounting.
Fees
$25 rolling fee + Government fees
Government fees typically ranging from $32-$49, depending on the application.
Live Scan applicants:
* Please bring in a valid ID (driver’s license, Identification card or passport) and a completed “Request for Live Scan Request Form.”
Expedited FBI Fingerprint & Background Checks 
LA Postal Center is authorized to transmit electronic fingerprint submissions directly to the FBI through an authorized FBI Channeler. You can get your results via email within 24-48 hours.

FBI Fingerprint Ink Cards (FD-258)
We do digital printing of your fingerprints on a physical paper Ink Card. No need to get your fingers dirty.
Fees - $30 per card.

Apostille Services
We offer apostille service for the FBI background check through US State Dept as well as any other documents processed by California Secretary of State office - available by normal or expedited (express) service.
Florida FDLE
LA Postal Center is now equipped with FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) certified Live Scan capabilities and can transmit records electronically directly to FDLE. Fees vary based on ORI#
